Pierre's twisted bias bullying mind refuses such common sense and standard.    This is why I don't trust anything he says.    I know it's bias.   

Ok, I admit, I'm a little bias also to the negative as I sold..... BUT while I was a shareholder that didn't stop me from speaking out about the Cons/Negatives.   

NOTE...... "We generally don't issue press releases each quarter for the declaration of the BPO preferred distributions."   "However, they are paid each quarter once declared by the board on the last day of March, June, September, and December."

So YES pierre your informaion is insider information as how does the public know the board declares a dividend with no public press release!!!!!!!!
