I agree.Risk to reward- I would say it is.
Many Small caps are still not getting any real recognition that they should.
Commodity price has added some drag as of late.
It is likely seasonal-and I believe it will rise going into 2025.
Volumes and liquidty need to improve.
If they keep making good progress-this will spike one day.
O/G sector is taking some hits right now. Boxing Smileys
