RE:RE:News BNE today

Well everything should really be on the table all the time as far as buying and selling.

But, the stuff being sold is small, non operated production with bits all over the place.

The Cardium is still one of the biggest fields in Canada. Lots of egress, lots of infrastructure and an easy place to find staff. Every year there seems to be a new play type created in the same area code.

Bonterra just needs to ride out the gas market storm on its way to creating a brand identity the market can recognize. They are not a heavy oil producer like OBE or TVE, they are not a pure exploreco.

They ARE a light oil producer with premium Tier 1 drilling locations in at least 3 play types that require similar drilling techniques and experience.

They are great at assembling land quietly and cheaply. And they have a longhistory of rewarding shareholders. Their cost control is also top notch.

With a tiny bit of cooperation from the commodity price, each of their business units should be worth more than the current market cap at some point.
