The Company's downstream operations include upgrading and refining operations in Canada and the United States, and commercial fuel operations across Canada.

oil is actually UP on yet another potential draw down in inventories (already supported by the API's last nite) but still, the criminal shot callers are still running down stocks like CVE -the spread from todays hi to where it is now ie todays low is almost another $1...unbelievable...dwdc
