Know what I mean?
What Remidose shows is that they're spending resources (time and likely G&A monies on consultants) looking for near dead fish that we don't need. And in assessing those dead fish, we are wasting time and not focusing on the things that should be focused on.
The walking dead will still be there when we are actually ready and if they're not, they're not. I don't think we need to carcass hunt or cry our eyes out if a failed business isn't there anymore for us.
I also don't think that Remidose has any real IP (patents and the like, although I could be wrong, the search function for that is horrible), so what exactly didn't we win with that one.
So sure, low risk stuff like Remidose is all well and good, but it takes time and money, both of which should be better applied to our current SKU and solution set.
