RE:RE:How to call of an extra-ordinary meeting of shareholders?

RE:RE:How to call of an extra-ordinary meeting of shareholders?Totally agree! It is two years that Bonifacio took over and did nothing then slowly hand over CANDENTE to Fortescue piece by piece. If you listen to the interviews and read the NR you actually get the impression he worked for them from day 1. He never bothered to attend any shows or tried to seriously attract any other funding. He helped to kick out the CEO as she stood between Fortescue and shareholders interest, telling the shareholders that she was standing in the way of fast progress.

Lately they bring on a new board member who is listed as a Fortescue employee, but tell us we "read that all wrong"? Bonifacio should probably be listed as a Fortescue employee as well.

If they need money to get the drill permit application advanced, why don't they offer a small financing deal to loyal shareholders instead of giving even more power for next to nothing to FUE?

So yes, if anyone finds out how we can interfere by calling a shareholder meeting and vote, or even by having someone such as the BC SECURITY COMMISION Home | BCSC involved, I would be all
in.

As mentioned in my earlier post, there is a reason why serious investors didn't put any money into this sh...show over the last two years.
