In the space of cellphone, new subscriber is not the only way to grow revenue. Existing subscriber can contribute more by adding various services/plans. Other than consumer market, there is also a business market.
Talking about utility, Enbridge has its up and down but it's share price makes 1000%+ gain in 40 years not to mention its dividend grows from 3% to 7-9%.
Bell collected a lot of real estate, when it is monetized, the value of Bell will be increased.

Pretty sure everyone already has electricity or energy so does that mean power distributors have no growth? This is a pretty weak argument against a necessary utility.
