RE:Richard Fogler - BNN - BUYI agree 100 % on Richard Fogler"s take on Smartcentres, strong management with Mitchell Goldhar at the helm. Kept up the dividend payments througout the covid period. Would also like to clarify that the dividend is more like 7% for those that are interested in this stock. GLTA
