Heavy pressure

Heavy pressure to avoid a strike (or no more than 2 days). Agreement negociated or forced.
A strike with an offer of 30% (with an immediate 20%) on the table!!!. The common sense tell to everyone that it's unacceptable.
Especially since WestJet only had 24% and in the USA they had 34% to 45%; it's not just the American agreement, at Delta it was 34% for 4 years (18% upfront).
