Best Presentation in the history of RGX Several of us have been harping on management for months for more clarity of what is really going on at "the company" and it worked! One of the big things we harped on was " Pendura has to go" and we at least partially succeeded on that front. It was great NOT to see him yesterday.
I feel Bob Fair is the "real deal" ! From an operational standpoint he is what we have been looking for and it really is now notable that Rick Purdy was in way over his head. That reality is on.........Pendura and his hands off management style. It's really nice to collect $300,000 ish a year and hang out in Cabo.
So we got some clarity yesterday and some of it was unfortunate, in that in some respects we are "starting over " on the leaching front. That said, it sounds like Mr Fair knows what is needed .
Now the next move we need to make is replacement .................of Weatherbean!!!! He needs to be replaced with someone that......has a clue and more importantly " connections ". I believe Mr . Weatherbeans best connection is the counter person at Dunkin Donuts. He needs to go!!!!!!!!!
