RE:Have investors lost the plot?Yes, I believe you are correct.  The Qtr looks very good and if there would have been an announcement of a winning contract bid that takes the backlog over $500M, stock would be up a few dollars instead.
The backlog in these businesses are just as important as the the operating results.
We know they can make money if they get the work.
The next catalyst here will be a contract win.
The larger the contracts, the higher we go.
Not sure if they spoke about this on the call?
Did anyone tune in that could comment on this?
