Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

But in this case it's nothing negative. It's premarket market order execution and how the market executes market and limit orders on the open. I assumed Tyler knew how they worked.

As an aside. I've even seen companies stock prices $20 above or below previous days closing price in the premarket on triple witching days. Rare the open there.
