Maybe that's because there aren't any merits.

Do you see merits in revenues? They've tanked. 

Balance sheet, virtually insolvent. 

Backlog? Peaked at $42 million in 2022.

Management?   The biggest seller.

If you have found merits somewhere that I'm not aware of, please point them out.

I'm not being facetious. I'm 100% serious.

I'd like to know if there's anything about this company at all that actually looks good.
