American Creek Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company, which is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties, principally for precious metal deposits. The Company’s projects include Treaty Creek and Austruck-Bonanza. The Treaty Creek Project covers approximately 114 square km in the Skeena Mining District of northern British Columbia and is situated approximately 70 km north of Stewart. The Austruck-Bonanza Property is located within the Kamloops Mining Division 53 kilometers north-west of the city of Kamloops in south central British Columbia. The Austruck-Bonanza Property is underlain by Devonian to Triassic Harper Ranch formation comprised of fine grade sedimentary rocks including mudstone and shale and includes basaltic volcanics. The Company holds 100% interest in the Austruck-Bonanza Property and 20% interest in the Treaty Creek project.

WOW! Cunnighsam "hired" SMKG ($48 market cap delinquent pink sheet filer) to " design, conceptualize and build the required infrastructure of its intake program and cross-border payment solutions systems as well as advisory services throughout the tokenization process.

They have no $$$ and next to NO revenue!!!! Head office in DE, "executives" all from Quebec Canada!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is who Cunninghsam "hired"............guess ya get what ya pay for............especially when payin in tokens!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found it odd that they were just BEGINING the process. But what i did NOT do was CHECK OUT Smartcard Marketing Systems Inc.

SmartCard is a PINKSHEET listed company (SMKG) that is ALSO a delinquent filer and a PROHIBITIED servce provider! https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SMKG/disclosure

Smartcard in their last FS from June 2023, had $3,800 in cash. They had $12,000 in revenue and costs of services sold of $22,000. They are based in DE but ALL the senior managers are from Quebec Canada!!!!!
