You are correct that this is totally messed up.  I am interested in what recourse investors have for trading (or not trading) when BPO has not told the TSX about divs in compliance with the rules.  Hmmm.

That said, why are you here CrazyNoBPO?  Don't you have somewhere else to be?  It's not too late to get back on the BPO train (I would definitely buy more if I weren't way overallocated), but if you don't have the conviction to buy back in, what are you doing?  Who do you need to believe when you don't have a horse in this race?
