Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

You know...............this post you just made reminded me of something. I well remember several months ago, maybe even around the time we were hitting the low on this stock that I said, there will come a time, and it won't be that far out that a lot of people will reflect back and say, man, why didn't I buy more of this stock or most other reits for that matter. Not sure if you remember that, I do.

On a very similar vein, there will come a time, and it won't be that far off, that a lot of people will reflect back and say, man, why didn't I buy more of this stock or most other reits for that matter. Catch my drift?!
