Ucore hasn't gotten past 2 of the 10 milestones to earn 4 million from DOD
how do I know that?   Because we just got 3 non binding useless MOUs to explore possibilities of the potential for future binding deals and a NR on an F in flowsheet    Very possible ucore spinning its wheels and can't  make it to the end point with DOD    Nothing in over 6 months   Closing in on 5 yrs with RSX and not a dollar of revenue   Not even from licensing   Pathetic
