Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Your comment is so dumb I probably shouldn't even bother to respond. Who cares?? You should. Pay attention. If/when things take a change, the very things that have influenced reits higher (don't completly discount recessionary pressure on the maket as a whole because it can and will influence this sector also in particular once this prime upward move exhausts) think about bond auctions going reasonably bad, think about debt and deficit going even higher, think about Europe and China slowing dramatically, think about an escalation in the Ukraine war, think period! I am in no way a fear monger, at all. You just can not ignore what down side risks are out there. The absolute last thing this board needs is for any of these things to take place, you will guaranteed be caught offside, guaranteed, and then the whining and crying like we have never heard before once again begins. Just be aware of your downside risks, weigh them, and take appropriate precaution. I just know you won't.
