RE:CONFESSION

RE:CONFESSION"I swapped some  of Artis for NWH....just around 15k.   $2.50 spread on prices with NWH all healthcare and dividend cut out of the way.  yields are similar with artis ahead just 0.5%.  gotta hedge my huge artis position in case manji goes on a some mad acquisitions that backfire"

The discount to BV < Artis (and many other REITs), 1758 S/E on a 1300 Cap, 26%.  I suppose it is the sector that attracts you?

I feel similar concern about Artis, but will hold what I have left in my long term accounts, because I endeavour to hold > 1 year in long term accounts.

REITs are on fire.
