Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Kazakhstan I need a bigger calculator!

F.....me, this is a formidable move, talk about everything all at once. That is the new tech markets though. This move is a little too fast. I rotated close to 75 percent of my portfolio to reits, utilities and telcos three months or so ago, way too overweight but it's been parabolic to the upside.

If find myself having to for the first time ever agree with Rumple in that Sept. 18th could well become a sell the news event depending upon where we end up by then.

Finally, a nod back at you Frankie, you were right there lock step, well done to you also.
