The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Its ok, I know how it feels, I sold some other reits a few weeks ago and they are now a lot higher. Thats how it goes

it's all about opportunity cost. It's what you do with the proceeds that matters.

Btw, they are eating dogs and cats in Springfield.
