RE:RE:RE:RE:Pretty quietYou're quite right in that they do not spell it out in so many words. Frustratingly, we must read between the lines to a degree.
I emailed the comapny six weeks ago and was told that they were, "waiting for sign off from the Ministry on our draft Closure Plan and are completing the consultation process. Once that is complete we can start the pre-construction and the box cut, then portal and ramping etc..."
On pg 19 of the Aug presentation, they state the closure plan has been approved and construction permits granted. They can start removing overburden and prepare the box cut and portal.
Then they mention how they will plan their NEXT underground development, after the bulk sample stopes have been mined and milled. On pg 18, they stated, "Identify the next area for mine development and amend permit to include new test mining areas. " This directly implies that they have the permit for the existing bulk sample plan.
Unfortunately, presentaion discourse is rarely transcribed verbatim. Hate to make life too easy for us!
