The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. I have difficulty sorting out the value of IRIS   common and prefs from the financials

I note  btb reit  ( as many others) have moved up,  anyone knowlegeable about whether  quebec office is doing any better  and whether  there will be some recovery in IRIS   thanks!
