RE:RE:RE:Did you know thatPaper share cert  example. I have  held share certs  for  many  private  placements and  they can be  transferred  without going  through the  exchange. This  is  clearly  shown  on the  reverse side of the  cert. You can also request  individual  ammounts  for  any  portion  or  all of  your  shares  via seperate  share  certs...This  would  make it  very easy  for   shares  to be   sold  prior  to the   hold  date by  simplely  forward  dating the sale. Once  this cert is  sold  it  would be  very easy  for  someone to  short  sell the  stock  holding a certificate  as  the  cover.
