RE:RE:An NR from 2012 highlighting There is a litany of interesting Amk news releases pertaining to Tuo and more than one legal dispute over 8 odd years or more. The long timers here know all this but I'll admit I didn't dig much pre 2018/19 til now. The courts favoured Amk from all I read. I read one NR, I believe in 2018, stating that Tuos own lawyers took them to court for non payments and Tuo went through a few different law firms and had times where they had no legal representation at all. At any rate it all doesn't look too good on some folks. Disclaimer I have about10 percent of my Treaty play with Tuo. Had they spun out sooner it would likely be more as I don't think it's a favourable buyout target until then.
