Gotta love lumber !
Over the last 15 years I've been in AND out of lumber at least three times....always made very good money every time. What is really encouraging at the moment it the move UP...despite the negative news/sentiment about softwood lumber tariffs. That goes against logic and a sure indicator that good times are just around the corner for us investors. I'm expecting SPs to move up through the fall and peak in mid winter 2025. You heard it here FIRST! LOL ;););)
