Nothing stoping financial firms from investing

The federal government has already address that cannabis is not a scheduled 1 drug. There is nothing stoping major financial institutions from investing. They all invested in cannabis in 2020 and 2021 with no Cole memo or backing by the HHS,FDA. There were no fines given for trading a scheduled 1 drug on the CSE. People are now calling out the emperor has no cloths zero reason for major firms to not own cannabis stock.
