RE:RE:Update????Roberto, I thing you may be confusing the Token subscription agreemnet with GEM with the acutal token offering.
Also, I went to nugget trap website today (like travelling back in time?). They say their first offering is for 100,000,000 tokens at $0.60 USD. Once they raise $60 million, they may apply for 1 or more listings. Amongst other things, the GEM agreement requires a listing. Speicified use of the token proceeds also does not include AMK acquisition. Gettin more and more concerned about AMK ability to fininace the more time goes on.
