This kind of thing has to wait on your paid FDA consultant (usually ex-FDA staff themselves) reading the documents from before and looking at the details now and then advising. TLT has many management shortcomings including the way they "predict" BTD timelines. Behind the scenes it would always depend on your consultant saying "yes, you are ready".
So if everything looking imminent, it is because the consultant has given the thumbs up. Not RDW or anyone else.
