New Water Assessment Report

New Water Assessment ReportAs the City will need to reissue a new (WSA) Water Assessment report, in order to potentially reinstate the EIR and approvals for Sage Ranch. I have suspected that the overdue 2020 RUWMP (Regional Urban Water Management Plan) would likely need to be completed before a proper water assessment can be completed.
Apparently the City and Water District are currently in discussions to have the plan process begin again.
It was previously cancelled by AECOM due to a conflict of interest with the City and Water District.
The existing files will need to be turned over to whomever is awarded the contract to complete.
Nothing happening here at all this year, in my opinion.

Obviously the reason for management's silence.

Strasser's option agreement for water rights ends December 31st.

More popcorn.
