But 2022 interest expense on recurruing income is 4 million + while 2023 is 9 million + and the recurring income did not change from 2022. if they had moved any of the recurruing income properties from 2022 to 2023 to CMHC loans, interest expense should have come down in 2023 but it doubled. What am I missing?
