and Did NOT DROP to 5 %

This IS a COMMEN MISTAKE I See ALL THE TIME

So You NOW NEED to Find a Replacement Paying MORE Than 7.4 %

This could still go higher, but I will wait in another divi stock just in case it gets back to the $7's at some point

Great stock though
