Retrospect - Present

Retrospect - PresentFew years ago
Wyloo bought Noront for approx $600 million.

Decided to sift Noront's 2021 stats orior to sale.
https://minedocs.com/21/Noront-CP-March-2021.pdf

In 2021 Noront had 458 million shares out
Wyloo owing 23.2% of shares
Bao Steel 5.4%

Here's KWG's ( CCC ) 2015 Tech Report

Basic 43 101 report
Yup...  Black Horse needs more defining.

KWG Ties ?
30% interest in Big Daddy Deposit  / 70% Wyloo

Bell Ringer ?
How hungry is Wyloo ?
Would they want more stake ( deposits ) in ring of fire ?
KWG is a mere 4km away.
Based on tech report - Black Horse is in close proximity to Eagle Nest.

Wyloo took Noront assets private.
Interesting.

Yes.... came across the 2023 article ( trillion dollar value ) ring of fire.
And.... Wyloo's estimate of their claims / deposit.
And Geo comments - which in my opinion down plays the ring of fire value.
How ?  All depends what the miner converts the mineral into.
One can think simple concentrates or.... metal end product which commands big bucks.

I wonder if Wyloo thought of, Airships ?

Article:

It's been 14 years since Noront discovered chromite at McFaulds Lake, 500 kilometres northeast of Thunder Bay. But little has happened to tangibly move the yard sticks on road or mine construction.

With its financial heft, Wyloo may be up to the task.

Headed by Australian billionaire and mining magnate Andrew Forrest and his parentTattarang company, Wyloo is taking Noront private after acquiring all of its shares following last year’s bidding war with BHP.

That'll be on the plate of Andrew Forrest, who promised to be a hands-on owner with Eagle's Nest.

The founder of Fortescue Metals Group, one of the world’s major iron ore players, has been making global investments in green hydrogen ventures, and developing electric trains and ammonia-powered ships.

I like ( Wyloo's ) Andrew's forward thinking.
Smart.

I'll have to mull over KWG a bit more....
Easy to fall in love with high grade but i think it needs a few more drills.
Wonderful project.

Cheers...
