@contrap127, you didn't ask but I should clarify that I believe we will be at ~220 million shares outstanding at that timeframe so if as an investor if your goal is to own a certain percentage of Nano One rather than number of shares in the company, you should plan accordingly.

Plan accordingly based on 220 million shares outstanding rather than today's 110 million shares outstanding.
