RE:News!!!!OMG

Builder #3

Maybe they can convert part of the development to a tent city. Centralize the washroom/shower facilties (tremendous water savings), build a Green Matter Technology heat exchanger unit and distribute heating/cooling to all the tents.
Brilliant.

According to Cavco's website they forgot to post they have a California manufacturing site. Duh!

No mention about any building permits or timelines. Why?
Because there is none.

I guess the millions spent for architects and engineering of the previous homes was just more waste. No wondering major shareholders are screaming about,
"Where, has all the money gone?"
Over $25M has been spent and what is there to show for it.
Mobile homes, Sage Ranch land (that Captiva paid for) and leased property in Puerto Rico that they have been paying for over a decade.
