RE:Why such concern for stock options?It isn't bad if company executes plans to move the s.p up. If they get paid bonuses and s.p sits around then I would suggest to them move the s.p up then enjoy your bonuses Because from our perspective the 2 things that matter the most to us are 1 health of employee and  2 s.p performance.
