RE:RE:Quick DCF for MJS

RE:RE:Quick DCF for MJSsimplywallstreet comes to a similar result: https://simplywall.st/stocks/ca/materials/tsxv-mjs/majestic-gold-shares/valuation

in my opinion, i expect a much higher growth rate till end of 2026 which will result in a much greater DCF valuation.

Production without any new mining acquisitions

- Q3 and Q4 2024 should bring 9000 ozs produced

- 2025 should bring 10750 ozs each quarter (SRK and Production guidance in corporate presentation)

- 2026 till 2031 should bring 21000 ozs each quarter (SRK report)

Production goal for 2024 of 34.200 ozs was confirmed ny MGM and we should see with the Q3 figures end of November.

Life of Mine is already extended, du to the current mix-in of "waste ore", from the 2031 in the SRK report. Current drilling programm, 1 batch done end of September and 2 batch done end of 2024 to confirm further mineable ressources in the current open pit, to extend the Life if Mine further.

I am as busslish as never before. I hope i am presenting my reasoning in a comprehensive way :) You can always be right out of the wrong reasons and vise versa. Always happy to have resonable/valueable feedback - others i just block :)

MJS MGM should do advertisement more strongly before sep. 27 and also to promote possible good Q3 figures and with them, possible first results of the drilling activities.

MJS MGM should also invest like 1-2 million USD in share buy back and should also start to hand out around 10% of the bought back amount back to MGM as inventive.

MJS MGM should clarify on their dividend strategy. I am convinced PRG will pay out 2 dividends each year and MJS MGM should assure they will do this as well.

best
richard
