Testing the water really cautiously if I'd want to be polite.
I still don't understand why Tim needed to close the last PP in short order.
Furthermore, I don't understand why he couldn't wait until he had the license in hand before doing that PP. Sure seems he doesn't have much confidence that the SP is going to move anytime soon.
Why haven't they not awarded the contract for the mine design yet?
So much going on out-of-sight I've been told...Sigh......
Come on Serbian Mining Ministry, take us out of our misery !
