California Nanotechnologies Corp. is engaged in the development of nanocrystalline materials through grain size reduction. The Company’s core technologies include Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) and Cryogenic Milling. It provides toll services for research and development along with production and has multiple milling systems on-site. Other services offered by the Company are spark plasma sintering and hot-pressing tooling fabrication and design, wire electrical discharge machining (EDM), and others.

Check out the Newest addition to our labWe have just installed the HB800 from EDM Performance! This advanced equipment significantly enhances our capabilities in precision cutting and custom tooling. We use it to create specialized SPS tooling and for precision cutting of specimens after SPS processing.

Wire EDM technology is known for its ability to cut intricate designs with high accuracy, and the HB800 takes it a step further with improved speed and reliability. We're looking forward to using this machine to deliver even more precise and custom solutions for our clients.
