RE:re looking forward

RE:re looking forwardridethewinners,

I agree that to some extent the guidance and specific discussion and answers provided by NanoXplore representatives during Q&A could help during the remainder of Q1 and Q2/2025.
I also agree that shelving VoltaXplore is a good idea.

Correct me if I am wrong here. Never the less, VoltaXplore was intentionally not included as part of the five year strategic business development investment plan and all that VoltaXplore has ever amounted to has been to become an increasing drain on NanoXplore's capital resources.
For multiple reasons, it's better to have NanoXplore partner with a company such as Samsung SDI, in order to commercialize NanoXplore battery components and battery cells on a much larger scale; thus actually realizing greater return from what is in fact a stated pillar of the five year strategic business development investment plan, i.e. the proposed 8,000 tpa capacity graphene enhanced battery materials manufacturing facility.

We note the new "dry process" graphene manufacturing method and the very low costs basis for such dry process manufactured graphene was said to be somewhat depending upon the ability of NanoXplore to secure sufficient volume of specifically leftover waste and recyclable graphite materal from SCPG anode manufacturing companies.
I doubt Soroush Nazarpor & Co had any intention to import such recyclable and leftover waste type graphite material from
SCPG anode manufacturing companies operating within the U.S. and abroad.
I suspect NanoXplore representatives likely expected to have plenty of such leftover waste recyclable graphite material being generated at the Nouveau Monde Graphite 403,000 tpa capacity
SCPG anode manufacturing facility in Becancour, Quebec.
We note the Matawine graphite mine project, which is an integral part of Nouveau Monde Graphite phase 2 strategic business development investment initiatives, has not as yet been given the official "Go FID" and we also note that NanoXplore has not as yet secured sufficient "bonafide and bankable" "dry process" graphene product offtake purchase agreements from any willing customer and capital financier/partner.
We note the "dry process" manufacturing of graphene hasn't yet been scaled to mass industrial scale production capacity, 8,000 tpa; hence, there would be little to no revenues resulting from said process manufactured graphene sales.
I could be wrong about this. Never the less, I doubt anything substantive regarding that proposed 8,000 tpa capacity "dry process" graphene manufacturing facility would be spoken to during tomorrow's conference call Q&A.

In regards to the two "Graphene BlackTM" SMC product manufacturing contracts landed with the unnamed purchaser or purchasers of such SMC product, I would not expect anything further would be revealed pertaining to said concern. Do recall that Soroush Nazarpour & Co simply do not give two sugars as to what we expect we should be told.
Everybody should know by now that Soroush Nazarpour is still only concerned with what the 50% of the largest NanoXplore shareholders need to be told and know. Alas, he seemingly can't be bothered with the concerns of equities analyst and sure as sugar doesn't care for we peon NanoXplore "minority" equities investors to be told anything substantive.

You asked "Where are sales for coatings, drilling fluids and the other large opportunities the company has touted?"
Id suggest they are nowhere to be found.
To my understanding, all of those proposed applications for NanoXplore graphene products are not yet fully certified by and on behalf of collaborating NDA parties and would probably take several more years in development, testing and certification.
Who knows; and "who" is not telling.

To your quite valid and most agreeable point with respect to NanoXplore representatives needing to get investor confidence back, I will suggest that it's been abundantly clear for some time now that "the company" simply doesn't care to get investor confidence back. Again, it would be the case that only the confidence of 50% of the largest NanoXplore shareholders would be that which Mr. Nazarpour& Co are concerned with.
