Diamond Estates Agrees to Buy Perigon Beverage Group

Diamond Estates Agrees to Buy Perigon Beverage Group

This warrants its own post.

This is not good news, just more of the same from Mr Howard who is so full of it his eyes must be turning brown. He wouldn't know good strategy if it came up and bit him. Perigon is the company he sold to a group of unsuspecting inventors in 2020 because he could not figure out how to run an agency - he had run out of money and had completely destroyed s/h value as well as more than one previously well respected owner operator businesses in the process. Perigon doesnt hold a "strong position - it is struggling and has no brands that will let it 'take full advantage of the opportunities presented by modernization in Ontario'. Not worth anywhere near the $1.755 price tag. Just further dilution for Diamond stock holders. And isnt Consignment outside of trajectory's wheelhouse? WTAF. How does this guy still have a job?
