DJT stock headed south soon - ARC gets more shares and may plan to sell

CNBC is reporting here that ARC Global is entitled to 10%+ more shares than they were originally awarded in Trump Media when Digital World Acquisition Corp. merged with DJT. This was one of the outstanding lawsuits against DJT regarding their stock.

planning an “imminent sale” of more than 18 million DJT shares once the lock-up lifts.

Trump Media in a filing in that same lawsuit on Monday sought an “emergency” court hearing.
