Great insight. So reviewing your comments on all the partners, not one was real? It was all pump and dump?

@CarlCag -as the former CEO and exec with prior Plymouth Rock Technologies, how much was spent or invested in these partners? Protegimus, STA, Senseta, Idrone images, Limitless, RufDiamond ... surely of the $3m raised in last 2 years some had to have funded some of these initiatives. Otherwise, where did the $$$$ go?

Did they pay off all prior debts? And now have new debts to payoff? Who's running this, definitely not the Board or 3 member management? Surely there is not enough funds $$$ to pay ongoing D&O insurance. For those who don't know D&O Insurance -

Director & Officer Insurance is a protective shield for the people in charge. of a company, such as its directors and top executives. It offer Directors & Officers Financial protection… If company board members or management leaders are ever accused of making bad decisions or not doing their job properly, this insurance helps cover their personal wealth so they don't have to pay for legal troubles out of pocket. Without D&O insurance, these leaders can be held personally liable for mismanagement.
