RE:RE:There is no end to this farcical auctionThe article says that PDVSA is controlled by opponents of Maduro (i.e., the opposition) but that is not correct. Not only is PDVSA controlled by Maduro but it has already been determined by the Court that PDVSA is the alter ego of the Venezuelan government.
For PDVSA to make the argument attributed to them in the article, that the Court should wait until January because there will be a new incoming government, is the most idiotic thing I have ever heard.
Maduro is certainly NOT saying the Court should wait because Gonzalez won the election and will lead a new government in January.
Rather, PDVSA is effectively saying that more of the same old Maduro will constitute a "new" government when Maduro is "sworn in" for the new term that he obtained fraudulently.
Stark will instantly see through this ridiculous garbage.

Is it possible the article was mistaken in saying the motion was from PDVSA? Maybe the motion was from Citgo or PDV Holding and so it really did come from the opposition?
Even if that were the case, it would still be ridiculous to grant the requested delay. Everyone in the world knows there will not be any new government in January 2025. Maduro will be sitting on his big bum in the palace, just as he has since 2013, doing everything Havana tells him and otherwise screwing up the country.
