Pre markets sky high this morning

That should boost a lot of stocks today. This would be a great coincidence for a great NR. Or is this a last run on the markets (a few days) before a market crash??? I'm pretty sure that the 54 countries meeting in October voting on ditching the $US, will have a great impact. BRICS.
