Its exploration and evaluation assets comprise properties located in Kenora, Ontario (the Kenora Uranium Project) and Erongo Province, Namibia, Africa (the Rossing Project). It owns a 100% interest in the Richards Lake Uranium Project located around Kenora, Ontario. The Rossing North Uranium Project is located in the Erongo Province, Namibia, Africa. It owns an 85% undivided interest in Exclusive Prospecting Licenses (EPL) 8531 and 7011. These licenses are in Erongo Uranium Province of Namibia, Africa, where Madison holds rights to EPL-7011 (85% interest). The Company has also signed binding letters of intent to acquire about 100% interest in the Howells Lake Antimony Gold Project, covering 13,990.90 hectares over 697 claims.
