The real issue is that much of the clear water is being developed by private oil companies, the billion dollar question are?
Is pou farming out land with a private company?
Is pou putting a land block together for an IPO?
Does POU already have production from the clearwater?
What is the value of 293,000 acres of clearwater. (A Lot), especially to the right person.
In this time with low gas prices plays like the Clear Water get a lot of attention.
Do you really think that POU is the kind of company to sit on their hands with this valuable acerage when they essentially have zero debt, and the company is performing well on all fronts.
A clearwater surprize would be a get christmas present for POU shareholders.
