PG on Arizona a good the bad and the ugly

PG on Arizona a good the bad and the uglyhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BytBV9m06Gg

First the ugly

1). Expect tax selling in Oct. and November
2). He wants  some BOD members to be replaced

The good
1). he expects a resource estimate to encourage insitutitons to come in the first half or sooner of 2025
2). He in general likes Duncan the new CEO plan(s)
3). the geology is still very very good
4). Sugarloaf can be a real  positive going forward

Why would I back the truck up now if he expects the latter part of 2024 to be tepid at best when he himself did not give rave reviews short term. Of course new drill results may change the but him himself ackowledged that juniors NOT near their year highs are likely to be used to offset gains in the market from other sources

The intermediate and long term picture is indeed very positive but Duncan(CEO) as PG stated has institutions in mind and not the realty investor?
