Many have seen end of day sells

Many have seen end of day sells At the bid side 100 shares at a time. This manipulation isn't new. When a suitor files for a takeover they base the percentage increase of that take-over on the previous 30 or 60 day MA. So it's in their interest to keep a lid on the target.

Example AMK trades at 20 cents a take-over company then states we will pay 100% over the past MA, so 40 cents. If AMK continuously trades at 30 cents suddenly that 40 cent take-over bid looks way less attractive.

I'm certain all 3 companies are in play only from watching price action like this so many times before.
HighGold Mining was a recent stock that got smashed before the buyout happened and boy did they hold it down. Just one of many. Stay tuned.
