RE:RE:RE:RE:2024 Annual FINS Review (downgraded) 3.5 / 5 starsGood analysis.
It's like a contractor with too much work , quote high and slow things down.
President and Chief Executive Officer, Thermal Energy International Inc
"Yeah, I don't think there's any change there. We had significant growth in PDAs. The team you
know was probably too busy. And so we consciously sort of toned that down a little bit because
we just couldn't handle much more and that's why we're increasing the pricing."
Now can you come to a conclusion from this , other than a caution that some of the current 33 PDAs aren't solid?
"We are -- the other thing Russell, that we're doing is we're making extra sure now
not only have we increased the pricing of the PDAs but we really need to make sure that the
customer is engaged and wants to proceed."
" Growing our business is largely a function of adding more
people, salespeople and engineers. And so we did that in fiscal 2024, adding five people to our
sales and marketing team, including new two salespeople in France, which is a new market for
us. We also added four people in engineering and production as our engineering team was at,
or what may be beyond capacity at that time"
"I'm pretty happy with the team. I mean, we have added three more people since year-end, but
we believe this is -- that's about it for the time being."
Neutral as in stuck in IMO
